CONEXO’s 32nd Anniversary brings news of major changes

Every time we complete another year at Conexo, we realize how much the company is always changing and transforming. Much of this is down to our Strategic Planning, which always gives us the support and direction we need to ensure consistent solid growth, putting our people and customers first and using them as the inspiration for our short, medium and long-term projects.

Therefore, we are proud to announce some news form Conexo that will transform our company.

1 - New Logo

CONEXO has updated its brand and logo: now we are CONEXO LOGISTICS.

We hope that this change in positioning will give the market and our customers a more rounded idea about our products and the area we work in;



2 -  AEO Certificate

CONEXO LOGISTICS, was awarded the AEO Certificate at the end of 2021. This certificate will ensure our freight forwarding operations are more trusted and it also puts us on a different level when we want to develop new commercial projects.



3 - Company Acquisition

We recently completed the acquisition of the logistics operations of a regional competitor, called COTRY, which has been operating for more than 35 years and has an excellent reputation locally. If you add this to CONEXO LOGISTICS’s 32 years in the business, you get, as well as experience, a portfolio with more than 50 active clients, and eight new colleagues, which together adds more opportunities for growth with all the additional expertise in different areas of business.

4 - Now, we have a PURPOSE

CONEXO LOGISTICS also has a PURPOSE as part of its philosophy. Up till now, even after 32 years, we had not understood the ‘why’ behind our existence and what the company is truly for. Therefore, for the next 32 years and many more, the market will be able to rely on CONEXO LOGISTICS, because our purpose is ‘To deliver logistics that can supply the global market’.

This small sentence, which has huge meaning, is already changing how the company works. Everyone knows clearly why we are here and what the business of CONEXO LOGISTICS means for the world.

The new purpose is the foundation for the entire philosophy of the company, which has also been updated:

Mission: To provide excellent quality services to overseas trade, that are ethical and smart in their decision-making and strategic processes.

Vision: To consolidate itself in the market, supplying services for international trade.

Values: Ethics, Commitment, Innovation, An Open Mind and Happiness.

5 - New Stragtegic Planning

 In addition, as part of our strategic planning, one of our targets for the next five years is a project called 30 in 3, in other words, we want to double our turnover in the next three years. It is intended to be a project that is commercially bold and strategic and it is already operational and producing results.

6 - Restructuring of our headquarters

As part of this new phase and extensive growth, we have pushed forward with the restructuring of our headquarters in Novo Hamburgo. The whole layout was redesigned to accommodate the team’s growth and provide room for the new staff that will be joining us in the future. The new environment is comfortable and modern, designed to be good for everyone’s well-being.

The doors are open if any of our customers or commercial partners wish to see the new premises.



7 - Did you know that CONEXO has a branch in São João Batista, in Santa Catarina? 

The region around São João Batista is an important footwear-manufacturing center and, since 2012, CONEXO LOGISTICS has had a branch strategically located in this city to provide a high level of service by being near to the main demands of our customers. The SJB unit, which has been around for 10 years, has achieved its objectives and now it not only covers customers in its region, but it has an important portfolio of customers throughout the state of Santa Catarina.

8 - 32 years already, delivering logistics that can supply the global market 

On March 1st CONEXO LOGISTICS completed its 32nd year of operations. It was set up in 1990, initially to provide exchange services and support with Export and Import documents. It has dealt with all the challenges of the last few decades, and has taken advantage of all the opportunities and changes in the market. It has added new products and opened new frontiers, but has always focused on providing a good quality service for our customers within an environment that is happy and healthy.

We would like to thank all our customers, partners and friends who have trusted and continue to trust in our work and especially to the founding partners, shareholders and, in particular, to our wonderful employees, who have shown commitment to the company and to providing an excellent and well-appreciated service.
